Mr.Hu, CPC, Information Science Doctor, is in charge of the operation and management of construction business.

Mr.Hu graduated from Nanjing University of Science and Technology with a master degree in Computer Science and obtained master degree of Computer Science and Electronic Commerce from Carnegie Mellon University. After graduation, he worked as a lecturer at school of Computer Science in Carnegie Mellon University. After that, he pursued doctoral study at Information Science Department in Stern School of Business of New York University.

After Mr.Hu came back from the US, he acted as the Deputy Manager and was responsible for the market analysis and research on development strategy of the group as well as joint investment and cooperation with other companies. Now Mr.Hu is the Managing Director of Shanghai Yangzijiang Construction (Group) Co., Ltd.

Mr.Hu has systemic theory acknowledge and international idea and viewpoint, he is young, enthusiastic, energetic and have strong enterprise in the company’s future. He commits himself to realize the harmony among the benefit of clients, continuous growth of enterprise and social development, and lead our corporation onto a “Collectivization, Internationalization and Diversification” road.

Mr. Qu Tingdong, senior engineer, who graduated from Yangzhou Industry technological academy with a major in Industrial & Residential Building in August of 1959, is now in charge of quality and safety of construction contract in our group company mainly.

In sequence, Mr. Qu, has acted as director of design department and deputy director of construction department in Nanjing Steel Company, assistant director of Qidong Capital Construction Bureau, general manager of Qidong Construction and Installation Engineering Co., Ltd., Vice Chairman of the board of Nantong Construction Group, deputy director of Qidong Construction Administration Bureau, general manager of Nantong 2nd Construction and Installation Co., Ltd., vice president of Nantong Construction League, vice chairman of Jiangsu Collective Construction Enterprise Association, as well as assistant GM of Shanghai Yangzijiang Construction (Group) Co., Ltd.

Mr. Qu, Mr. She has presided over many representative works, such as Shanghai Changbai and Quyang apartments(185000 M 2), Shanghai Kerry Business Centre(81986 M 2),Shanghai Shangri-la Hotel(62772M2), 405 Units Houses Kuwait(186000 M 2). Mr. Qu has been engaged in construction management for 40 years and built up a reputation in local construction circles, who is famous for honesty, preciseness and affluent experiences.

Mr. She, Senior Engineer and Registered Constructor, who specialized in Industrial & Residential Building and graduated from Nanjing Construction College in 1982, is now assisting the GM to manage construction contracting in the group company.

In sequence, he has served as an Engineer of China State Construction Engineering Corporation Jiangsu Branch, PM and Manager of China Jiangsu Construction Group Corporation Guangzhou Branch, Deputy GM of Shanghai Yangzijiang Construction and Installation Engineering Co., Ltd., Vice GM and Chief Engineer of Shanghai Yangzijiang Construction (Group) Co., Ltd.

With affluent experiences in both domestic and international engineering construction and management, Mr. She has presided over many representative works, such as Beijing Shangri-la Hotel, 57 Units Apartment Guan USA, 405 Units Houses Kuwait, Hainan Mandarin Hotel China and Concordia International School Shanghai.

Shi Song, CPC, senior engineer, First-Class Registered Constructor, graduated from Southeast University with the major of industrial & civil construction, and now is in charge of the quality and safety work of construction business.

He has acted as technician and Project Representative of No. 4 Bureau of Nantong Second Construction and Installation Co., Ltd., Project Manager and Manager of Engineering Department of Shanghai Yangzijiang (Group) Installation Co., Ltd. And now he is the Deputy GM of Shanghai Yangzijiang Construction (Group) Co., Ltd. Mr. Shi has worked in the construction company for more than 20 years and has abundant theory and management talent, who is an excellent management professional in construction area.

Ms Du graduated from civil building department of Nanjing University in major of Science and Technology. She has the master degree of Real Estate Development Department of Columbia University, and master degree of Construction Management Department of University of Pittsburgh. Moreover, she has worked on analyzing and developing the project of Nanjing Xin Jiekou and Taipin South Road in New York F&T Real Estate Development Company.
