| The predecessor of Shanghai Yangzijiang (Group) Co., Ltd. (YZJ) can be traced to the Fourth Bureau of Nantong No. 2 Construction and Installation Engineering Co., Ltd, which was founded in October 1985 and later became Shanghai Yangzijiang Construction and Installation Engineering Co., Ltd. in September 1996. Shortly after, it gained the First Grade General Contractor License in Industrial & Civil Building issued by the China Construction Ministry. The company was restructured and became Shanghai Yangzijiang (Group) Co., Ltd. in September 2002. While aggressively developing in the domestic market, YZJ also has actively extended its business globally by establishing a local branch in Singapore, and completing projects Guam, Kuwait in the US, Israel, and Libya since 1998. |

Currently, YZJ is qualified as a First Grade General Contractor in Building Construction, a Third Grade General Contractor in Municipal Engineering & Public Utilities, a Second Grade Special Contractor in Ground Base & Foundation Engineering, a Second Grade Special Contractor in Electrical & Mechanical Equipments Installation, and a Second Grade Special Contractor in Decoration & Finish Work Engineering which are awarded by the China National Construction Ministry. As one of the first qualified contractors in China, YZJ is entitled to participate in overseas projects and domestic foreign projects. Our off shore business covers Industrial and Residential buildings, Municipal Construction Projects, Pile Foundation Projects, Mechanical & Electronic Equipment Installation and General Decoration of Properties. YZJ has successfully constructed Residential apartments, First-class office buildings, Hotels & Restaurants, Supermarkets, and Industrial facilities in various industries, such as Electronic, Machinery, Pharmaceutical, Furniture, Automotive equipment, New energy, food, Steel, Chemicals etc. |

While the business is growing fast, YZJ has continued improving its management standard. In April 2007, YZJ has successfully been approved for the Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2000), Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSAS 18001:1999) and Environmental Management System (ISO 14001: 2004). YZJ is eligible to independently contract large scale construction projects and to provide efficient high quality services to the owners.
With decades of experience in the construction industry, YZJ has provided many high quality projects to world renowned companies from the US, France, Germany, Japan, Spain, Singapore, Malaysia, Israel, Libya, China Taiwan, Hong Kong and elsewhere. Our customers include 3M, YKK, Bayer, L¡¯OREAL, Bosch, Hitachi, Caterpillar, Maxtor, Shangri-La, Kerry Properties£¬Wharf Group and so on. Many of our completed projects have won great honors and awards, such as National Luban Award, Excellent Quality Award by Singapore Construction Bureau, National High Quality Project of Chemical Industry, Shanghai Magnolia Cup, Jiangsu Yangtze Cup, Excellent Building in Shanghai for the 50th Anniversary of the Founding of China, Excellent Structure, Civilized Construction Sites, Economical Construction Sites and etc.
