| History of Company Development： |
The predecessor of Shanghai Yangzijiang (Group) Co., Ltd was The Fourth Branch of the Second Construction & Installation Project Company of Nantong, Jiangsu
In January 1992, it established the first Company of Jiangsu Yangzijiang Construction Company jointly with Jiangsu Yangzijiang Construction Corporation.
In September 1996, as the main promoter (with 90% investment), the First Company of Jiangsu Yangzijiang Construction Company established Shanghai Yangzijiang Installation Project Co., Ltd.
In September 2002, it was formally renamed Shanghai Yangzijiang Construction (Group) Co.,Ltd.
In November 1996, the company was approved with second level quality of industrial and civil construction by Shanghai Construction Administrative Department.
In October 1998, the company was approved as First-class Construction Enterprise for Industrial and Civil Buildings by The National Commercial Construction.
In 2001, Shanghai Yangzijiang (Group) Co., Ltd passed international certificate of ISO9002 quality system. In the meantime, it was awarded one of the 50 famous Companies in Shanghai Construction industry and 3A Corporation with high credit by bank.
