On the ceremony, the government of Hongkou District, Shanghai International Studies University, Shanghai Wanjiang Real Estate Development Co., Ltd (Branch of Shanghai Yangzijiang (Group) Co., Ltd) and Shanghai Pudong New District Road Construction and Development Co., Ltd signed jointly the agreement t o run this primary school . This primary school was established in 1960s'. It has contributed a lot to diplomatic, international trade and foreign language teaching of our country and is enjoying very high reputation. Due to historical reasons, it was stopped. Based on the places of Liangcheng Second Middle School , T he present schoo l is rebuilt and decorated with funds from company.
