Job Description：
Job Description: Responsible for bidding quotations of industrial factory buildings and constructive projects for civil use, and calculations of related working amount, inquiry and price-fixing.

Basic Requirement：
1. Proficient in the bidding and budget of large industrial and civil constructions, familiar with concrete actual work, including calculation of related working amount, inquiry and price-fixing.
2. Good at English and able to calculate the working amount of English bidding document, as well as other related work like quotation, bidding and arrangement of commercial bidding document.
3. Under 45 years old and over 10 years in on-site construction, civil engineering or installation budget as well as related bidding and quotation
4. Excellent leading and managerial abilities.

Basic Requirement：
1. Related major in architectural department, college degree or above.
2.Have five years or above experience in installation budget.
3. Proficient at 93 Ration, 2000 Ration and list quotation of working amount.
4.Familiar with design and installation theory of water, electricity, gas pipe and other related installation project.
5. Good English and familiar with English Terminology in architecture. Understanding English bidding document and quoting according to these documents are priority.
6. Strong communicating ability and good team cooperation.
